Welcome to the Bill’s Fresh Market Bakery Department.  We offer a wide-array array of freshly baked bread and delicious desserts, as well as specialty cakes made to order.  We also have a large selection of fresh crusty breads, including wheat, French and Italian.

Many of the items in our Bakery Department are baked at our central kitchen or baked right there in the store.  Plus, all of our bakery products are made from only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients!

You will also find a wide variety of cookies to make beautiful cookie assortments for guests or to give as a gift in our Bakery Department.  If you want to do something a little different this year for a birthday or for an office party, try one of our specialty cookies.

Complement any meal with one of the cheesecakes, fruit tarts or homemade desserts found in the Bill’s Fresh Market Bakery.  Look through our cases and you’ll find eclairs, mousse tarts, assorted petit fours, fudge and more.  Plus, we always have a great selection of fresh fruit pies.  And during the holidays our Specialty Bakers prepare seasonal pies that will make any holiday special.  They’re so good you may even tell everyone you made them yourself….and don’t worry, we’ll never tell your secret!
